We have a simple refund and exchange policy.

Help! I bought the wrong size!
MmGirl understands that sometimes the sizing doesn’t always work out perfectly. If you received the correct size but you would like to exchange to a new size, please contact us. We will arrange an exchange with the postage charge included only, no handling fees.  

I ordered a 12, but it doesn’t feel like a 12…

If you have received the wrong size, please be sure to review our sizing chart to check the size is accurate, if it is not correct to the size chart (allowing variations of 2-3cm) we will handle the cost of postage and exchange or refund your garment at no extra expense. We try our best to minimize mistakes, we would be happy to hear from you!

My order is damaged!

Contact us as soon as possible if your garment or accessory has any defect or damage upon arrival. Our packaging for clothing includes paper wrapping and strong satchel packaging while our Jewellery is packed with safety wrapping and secure postage. We try our best, but accidents happen! Just let us know!

My order doesn’t look like the pictures…

If you feel like your item does not match the image (to a reasonable extent) be sure to contact us. Our product images do contain some light enhancing and common editing, but the product should still always be accurate in design.

I changed my mind for personal reasons…

After the order has been paid and placed, depending on the time of the order, we often pack and send the garment/accessory as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as you can, if we have not processed your order yet a refund can be processed. If the order has already been processed, we do not offer refunds, although you are able to exchange your order for another product in-store of the same value with additional postage charges.

If you do not meet the criteria here, please still contact us if you are not happy for any reason, we will try to assist you as much as possible.


Responses during business hours 8 am – 6 pm are between 1-4 hours.

Response times during weekends, holidays, and Christmas are within 24 hours.
